Our contract-for-deed programs are based on a partnership model rather than a traditional lending relationship (in Ohio, this is often referred to as a “land contract”). At Zanzibar, we provide property financing guided by Islamic laws to private individuals or businesses by entering an equitable partnership contract allowing them to own a property without compromising their faith-based principles.
