Do You have a Minimum Credit Score Requirement?

No. We don’t have a credit score requirement.

Is the Arrangement a Loan?

No, this is a contract-for-deed arrangement where you will need to make monthly installments to Zanzibar as agreed. Soon after you finalize payments, we will transfer the property’s deed to you.

In Which States Do You Operate?

We currently operate in Minnesota and Wisconsin. However, we can expand to any state you are interested in purchasing a property. Please contact us for more assistance.

What if I Am Unable to Make a Payment?

If you cannot make a payment, get in touch to discuss your situation. While we understand hardships can happen, keeping up with your payment plan is important. At Zanzibar, we will do our best to work with you on the way forward. However, if you are unable to fulfill the contract after an extended period, you may need to cancel the agreement and return the property.

What If I Want To Move, Can I Sell My Property?

Yes. As the contract for deed holder, you have the right and ability to sell your property. The underlying contract will need to be satisfied upon sale.
